These get written by whoever was on the WhatsApp line that week, which is why they read like answers to real arguments rather than like marketing. Nearly everyone who messages us is already on IPTV and deciding whether to move, so that is who these are for. The rule we set ourselves is that a piece has to be useful even to somebody who reads it and then buys from a competitor. Where that means saying our own product is the wrong fit, it says so. Anything carrying a date is dated because the facts inside it expire.
