How to make the test evening count
- Keep both subscriptions live and alternate between them on a single channel while the match is running. A minute and a half of that settles the question more convincingly than anything you could read.
- Say your regional network out loud and go looking for it. It is the first thing to vanish at a struggling provider and the last thing any marketing page mentions.
- Run a cable to the box that evening, even a trailing one. Two providers stuttering identically over wifi is not a provider problem, and switching will not touch it.
- Locate the HD duplicates sitting alongside each Ultra HD feed before you need them. Stepping down one level is far better than losing the picture, and hunting for them at kick-off is not.

Possibly, and the only honest way to establish it is to watch a real fixture on both lines at once. Will I lose my regional sports network?
Check before you move rather than after. Regional coverage varies more between providers than anything else and it is the commonest unpleasant surprise for somebody switching. That is a workaround rather than a guarantee, and any provider promising a blackout-free service without qualification is overselling it.

Whatever you already run will take these credentials, so nothing has to change.
