The technical half of this business no longer exists for you. There is no infrastructure to lease, no upstream to negotiate and nobody ringing at midnight about a dead feed. Credits go into a panel, a line comes out roughly a quarter of a minute later, and what your customer receives is an ordinary Xtream account they can point at any player they already own.
What does exist, and what the rate card cannot show you, is everything after the sale. Margin is straightforward to calculate and easy to talk yourself into. Harder to picture is the Sunday evening spent explaining to somebody that their television updated itself overnight and that no, this is not something you did to them. That is the actual job. Anyone who reads that sentence and feels tired should not buy a Starter pack, and we would sooner lose the $80 than have you discover it in a fortnight.
Many people land on this page mid-crisis, because whoever supplied them has stopped replying and a customer list is now their problem. If that describes you, skip the pricing for a moment and message us about sequencing instead: which customers to move first, what to tell them, and how to avoid the week where half your base thinks you took their money. We have walked people through that often enough to be worth asking.
